Gluten Free Flapjacks

Easy Banana flapjacks that are gluten free and consist of two ingredients. I’m sure you have eggs and bananas in and around your kitchen and I guarantee that this recipe will become your go-to breakfast.


Gluten free flapjacks with crunchy toppings


  • 1 banana, mashed up
  • 2 whole free range eggs
  • 1 tsp (5ml) coconut oil
  • 1 tsp (5ml) goji berries
  • 1 tsp (5ml) chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp (15ml) coconut flakes
  • Agave, for drizzling


  1. Blend the eggs and banana together until well combined and resembles a batter
  2. Heat up the coconut oil in a medium pan over medium heat
  3. Ladle the mixture and fry until golden brown
  4. Top with your goji berries, chia seeds, coconut flakes and drizzle with agave if desired.
  5. ENJOY
