Easy Banana flapjacks that are gluten free and consist of two ingredients. I’m sure you have eggs and bananas in and around your kitchen and I guarantee that this recipe will become your go-to breakfast.
1 banana, mashed up
2 whole free range eggs
1 tsp (5ml) coconut oil
1 tsp (5ml) goji berries
1 tsp (5ml) chia seeds
1 Tbsp (15ml) coconut flakes
Agave, for drizzling
Blend the eggs and banana together until well combined and resembles a batter
Heat up the coconut oil in a medium pan over medium heat
Ladle the mixture and fry until golden brown
Top with your goji berries, chia seeds, coconut flakes and drizzle with agave if desired.
